1. Operator, agreement and eligibility
Quoinvo is operated by Michael Dawson, a sole proprietor based in Greater Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. By creating or using a Quoinvo account, a user agrees to these Terms and confirms they are authorized to act for the relevant business. Quoinvo is not directed toward children. A person below the applicable age of majority where they live may use Quoinvo only with appropriate parent or legal-guardian involvement or permission where required.
2. The service
Quoinvo provides tools for contractor customers, quotes, invoices, recorded payments, expenses, jobs, documents and related business visibility. It is not legal, tax or accounting advice.
3. Accounts and workspaces
Users are responsible for accurate account information, credential security and appropriate access to their business workspace. Users must not attempt to access another business’s data.
4. Customer content
Users remain responsible for information and files they enter, including having the authority to process customer details and upload attachments.
5. Free and Premium
A Free plan is available. Android Premium subscriptions, where available, use Google Play pricing, billing and server verification. Deleting a Quoinvo account does not automatically cancel Google Play billing; users must manage or cancel their Google Play subscription separately where applicable. Quoinvo does not directly cancel or refund purchases managed by Google Play.
6. Documents, calculations and reports
Users must review every quote, invoice, PDF, tax setting, total and export before relying on or sending it. Quoinvo helps calculate and organize business records. Cash-flow summaries and exports may assist with bookkeeping or tax preparation, but they are not certified tax returns, official filings, legal advice, tax advice or accounting advice.
7. Availability and changes
The service may experience maintenance, network issues or third-party outages. Quoinvo does not currently publish an uptime or support-response guarantee.
8. Account deletion and closure
Users can initiate account deletion through supported Quoinvo flows. Deletion ends account access and closes business workspaces owned by the deleting account. Certain historical business records, including financial records, may remain in a closed workspace where necessary to preserve internally consistent records and for legal, accounting or bookkeeping, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, compliance or recordkeeping purposes. Retained information is kept for as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate business-record, accounting or bookkeeping, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or applicable legal and regulatory purposes. Account deletion does not automatically cancel Google Play billing.
9. Product limitations
Quoinvo provides business software tools. It does not guarantee payment collection, uninterrupted availability, the legal enforceability of generated documents, or that generated records satisfy every legal, tax or accounting requirement. Users remain responsible for reviewing their records and obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
