2. The service
Quoinvo provides tools for contractor customers, quotes, invoices, recorded payments, expenses, jobs, documents and related business visibility. It is not legal, tax or accounting advice.
3. Accounts and workspaces
Users are responsible for accurate account information, credential security and appropriate access to their business workspace. Users must not attempt to access another business’s data.
4. Customer content
Users remain responsible for information and files they enter, including having the authority to process customer details and upload attachments. Prohibited-content and acceptable-use language requires legal review.
5. Free and Premium
A Free plan is available. Android Premium purchases, when configured, use Google Play pricing and server verification. Capabilities may change as the product evolves; final cancellation, renewal and refund wording must match Google Play policy and applicable law.
6. Documents and calculations
Users must review every quote, invoice, PDF, tax setting and total before relying on or sending it. Quoinvo helps calculate and organize records but does not determine a business’s legal or tax obligations.
7. Availability and changes
The service may experience maintenance, network issues or third-party outages. No unsupported uptime or support-response guarantee is made in this draft.
8. Suspension and termination
Final terms should define proportionate suspension grounds, notice, data export opportunities and legally required exceptions.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Owner/legal review: add enforceable jurisdiction-specific warranty, liability and indemnity language; do not publish unsupported exclusions.
