Use a saved customer so contact and address details become part of the quote snapshot.
Add line items
Enter quantities, unit prices, taxability and any supported per-line discounts or photos.
Review totals
Quoinvo calculates subtotal, document discount, shipping and tax in integer cents. Shipping is not taxable unless you turn that preference on.
Preview and save
Check the customer, company, line items and PDF before changing the draft’s status.
After saving
Can I edit a quote?
Draft quotes are editable. Issued quotes are intentionally locked; use the supported revision workflow rather than silently changing an issued record.
How does conversion work?
Quote conversion creates a draft invoice and carries forward customer details, the optional job, line items, tax, discount, shipping and supported photos.
